Doctors AI and ICAIM are educational and professional platforms advancing AI literacy, academic collaboration, and responsible adoption of AI in medicine. We do not provide clinical services or medical advice through this website.

  • memberships (ICAIM),

  • registrations for workshops/events/courses,

  • surveys, feedback, and academic initiatives,

  • communications (email/WhatsApp/other official channels), where applicable.

  • Professional details: qualification, specialty, designation, institution/affiliation, city/country, and other profile information you provide.

  • Membership/registration data: enrollment details for ICAIM membership, workshops, conferences, or certification programs.

  • Voluntary submissions: feedback, survey responses, abstracts, submissions for collaborative/academic activities.

  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, basic usage analytics, cookies (where enabled).

Payments: We do not store card/bank details on our servers. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

We process personal data primarily:

  • with your consent (e.g., membership, registrations, newsletter opt-ins), and/or

  • for other lawful purposes permitted under applicable Indian law.

5. How We Use Your Information
