The DoctorsAI Advisory Board (2025–2027) brings together a distinguished group of senior clinicians, academicians, researchers, and thought leaders who guide the strategic, academic, and ethical direction of DoctorsAI and its academic wing, ICAIM.
The Advisory Board plays a crucial role in ensuring that all DoctorsAI initiatives remain clinically relevant, ethically grounded, scientifically rigorous, and globally aligned, while being rooted in the realities of healthcare practice.
Role of the Advisory Board
The DoctorsAI Advisory Board provides strategic guidance and independent oversight across key domains, including:
Shaping the long-term vision and academic direction of DoctorsAI and ICAIM
Advising on ethical, regulatory, and governance frameworks for AI in healthcare
Guiding specialty-based education, research, and validation initiatives
Supporting responsible adoption of AI tools in clinical practice
Mentoring emerging clinician-leaders, educators, and researchers within the community
Strengthening national and international collaborations and partnerships
The Board functions in an advisory capacity, offering wisdom, perspective, and stewardship to help DoctorsAI grow as a trusted academic and professional platform.

ICAIM Membership: Terms & Conditions The Indian College of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (ICAIM) is the academic wing of the Doctors AI Education and Research Foundation, a not-for-profit organization registered under the Companies Act, 2013.
By enrolling as a member, you agree to the following:
Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18+ legally competent under Indian law.
Nature of Membership: Membership provides access to educational resources, events, and learning opportunities. It does not confer voting rights, ownership, or governance powers in the Foundation.
Payments: All payments made toward memberships, events, or resources are non-refundable by default. Refunds (exceptional cases):
A. Duplicate payments
B. Incorrect category selection (reported within 7 days)
C. Verified technical issues on our part Requests must be emailed to icaim.office@gmail.com within 7 days. Approved refunds will be processed in 10–15 business days, subject to applicable charges.
No Chargebacks: Members must contact ICAIM first for payment issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of membership.
Content Use: All ICAIM content is protected under copyright. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
Account Responsibility: Members must provide accurate details and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
Acceptable Use: Posting harmful, illegal, or misleading content, or disrupting platform functionality, is strictly prohibited.
Program Terms: Some workshops or events may have specific rules, eligibility, and fees notified separately.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
